The first thing I did was to disconnect the flets cables from the main board and the t-con board and apply a rubber eraser to the contacts of the flets cables, in addition to general cleaning inside the TV. So I put an antenna and tuned in the TV channels. The TV worked for 10 to 20 minutes normally. Soon after, the TV only got the sound, but the image disappeared (the screen was black). I noticed that the mainboard processor is hot. I think just by changing the main board. If you could solve this problem without spending a lot of money and in a hurry, it would be ideal. I'm thinking, just to make a test, to increase the size of the heatsink placed on top of the mainboard processor and analyze if the TV will stay on longer with the image. Other technicians remove the main board and wrap it all in aluminum foil leaving only the processor area open and place the board inside an electric oven for about 10 minutes at a temperature of around 200 degrees. |
