I'm not finding this transistor to buy in my city. I would like to see if I can put 2 transistors in parallel from 60v / 50A to replace the AOT460 which is 60V / 85A. For example, I put two in parallel: gate with gate source with source drain with drain Can I do it this way? I tried to locate the circuit diagram of the UPS but I could not |

Bad idea because gate current from source divided between two transistors and maybe not drive it. Try find equivalent from the same brand or other, i.e. https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/irf1018ep ... da854e1891 First compare RDS(ON) and VDS. |

The only component I have at disposal with me would be an IRF2807 mosfet and by the datasheet says it is 75v by 82A. Can I put it on? |

AOT460 RDS(ON) < 7.5mΩ IRF2807 RDS(on) = 13mΩ Not equivalent. The power dissipation will be exceeded and the transistor will burn. P=I*I*RDS(on) |

Советую придерживаться 85А лишь для проверки можете 82A |

What about the IRF3205? comparing the data sheets of both components? |

On some sites, IRF3205 is referenced as an alternative to AOT460. |

used the IRF3205 in place of the AOT460 and it worked perfectly the nobreak. Many thanks to forum colleagues |
