Hi guys am having a problem with my Asus P5B mobo. When i start motherboard with no cpu, it starts with no problems. Now, when i put cpu in socket the motherboard spins coolers for 3 seconds and turn off. Also when i have cpu in the socket and i DON"T plug in the 1x4 cpu power connector it also spins coolers for 3 seconds and turn off. I don't think its mosfet-shim controller cause am getting around 0.5v with out cpu. There's no short to ground in power mosfets or 1x4 cpu pow. conector. Also when i measure cpu voltage in that 3 seconds it's showing me around 1.4v. Can anyone tell me pls where to look regarding this motherboard/ Is anyone having schematic for this board (am having a boardview but no schematic) Thanks in advanced! |
