Всем привет! Андроид приставка T95M на процессоре Amlogic S905X, внезапно перестала включаться, и горит синий светодиод. Конечно-же первым делом была попытка его перепрошить через кабель OTG. Но к сожалению, USB Burning Tool на 7% выдает ошибку Uboot/Get result/DiskInitial error. И так при каждой попытке прошить. Выглядит оно, вот таким образом. В сети ходят слухи что данная проблема связана с NAND флешью либо отвалом процессора. Но как точно диагностировать нигде информации нет. В связи с этим решил создать тему, дабы понять принцип правильной диагностики у знатоков если таковые тут имеются. Разобрал устройство, произвел замеры на дросселях, замеры обозначил на фото, рядом с каждым дросселем. Маркировка NAND Flash: ATO H712N AFEM08M3A6 AUC M08AH70693S Судя по ошибке DiskInitial error, ошибка инициализации диска, тоесть внутренней памяти, а точнее NAND Flash. Я правильно понимаю? Так-же пробовал прошить через SD-карту, в этом случае, картинка на экране появляется, идет подготовка к прошивке, затем в начале прошивки процесс обрывается, с картинкой лежачего Андроида, и на передней панели горит надпись boot. Наверное исходя из всего описанного, можно сделать вывод что проблема на самом деле в NAND Flash? По маркировке NAND Flash в сети ничего не нашел, даже на Алике его нет. В общем думаю все понятно изложил, жду ваших ответов. P.S. Подключался по UART RX TX GND VCC, вот что происходит в консоли при подключении блока питания: LOG

Ну он же сам уже тебе подсказывает во флешере Uboot/Get result/DiskInitial error ошибка инициализации диска а значит EMMC уже исчерпала ресурс. К слову был у меня как то такой девайс с точно такой же ошибкой, и все решилось заменой флеши. Кстати аппарат не привередлив к флешкам так что искать точно такую же не обязательно ибо озу у него отдельная |

Делал давненько уже, повторюсь ко флешкам плата не привередливая. Помню что взял первую попавшуюся флешку на вроде на сокете BGA168 от самсунг только на 16 гигов, впаял и флешером с полным стиранием прошил |

В общем прибыла память, заказывал по этой ссылке. При заказе выбирал NCEFAT28-08G. Кто знает что означает второй вариант NCEFBH16-08G, напишите пожалуйста в комментариях. Процесс пайки был очень быстрым, нижний и верхний подогрев, несколько секунд, затем шатнул пару раз немного память, она сама возвращалась на свое место, сразу было ясно что она уже плавает, и что можно отключать нижний и верхний подогрев. Такую микросхему впаивал в первый раз. Затем подключив через Micro-USB, прошил прошивку с помощью Amlogic USB Burning Tool. Фото по отчету работы прикладываю.
