Because encryption/security, I guess you need to do hard reset if you have nothing to loose. If valuable info on device, you can try following this instruction, not 100% works, but maybe for you: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showth ... ?t=2225695 If no other way, try factory reset like this: When off, press volume up + home + power key. You will go to recovery mode. With volume down, you go to factory reset and power button select. Then down to delete user data. (volume down + power to select) Then when menu appears, go to reboot. You should be free of PIN now. |
