hi, have an ASUS ZenBook UX330UAK, none usb working, even usb-c. If an usb keyboard or mouse is connected they are not recognized. It can`t boot from any usb device, only with internal ssd. On bios setup screen doesn't show any usb device connected. There are 5 volts present in all connectors, and D+ have voltage too, but not in D-. Diode mode readings in D+ and D- are .465 There are no protector chip, so cpu could be damaged. Bios have been reprogrammed with a good dump, but cant reprogram kbc IT8995VG-128/DX. What should i test now? Thanks. |

Camera does not work either. As all those pins goes directly to cpu, seems that cpu are damaged, I think. |

System cant install/initialise driver for usb hub (maybe error of device)? Try to change CPU. |

(linux or any os) Also sd-card it is not recognized. Asus ezflash only "sees" ssd, so can't update bios from usb devices in bios set-up menu. |

You haven't Vertyanov JIG or another EC Programmer? What kind of ssd installed on this laptop? Can you connect it to working PC via sata/usb? Install windows on it and update bios under windows... |
