i attach only battery to the laptop and it show orange led,when it loads windows right below corner it sais battery is charging , i plug the charger and its charging normaly, i remove the charger and keeps say battery is charging, with charger plugged in when it charge full the led becomes green and after i remove the charger the green led of full charge is still on. any ideas?

ohh you mean charger ic? yes allaready replaced it.

yes! ACDET (pin 5 PU8800) with AC adapter and without?
2.49 with ac adapter plugged in, and 0v without ac adapter, i made a lot of chip replacements and still the same :(
Without PR8846 i dont have red light and charging icon but it doesnt charge when i plug in the adapter(i just noticed).

PR8846 return. EXTPWR (pin 13 PU8800), ACOK# (pin 5 PQ8809), AC_IN_OC# (pin 6 PQ8809) with AC adapter and without?

EXTPWR (pin 13 PU8800) without adapter 0v , with adapter 001v,
ACOK# (pin 5 PQ8809) without adapter 0v , with adapter it rise instantly to 5v and the next second goes to 0v,
AC_IN_OC# (pin 6 PQ8809) without adapter 0v, with adapter rise instantly to 3.20v and the next second goes to 0v.

- in this is problem. On the DATASHEET: EXTPWR - Valid adapter active-low detect logic open-drain output. Pulled low when input voltage is above ACDET programmed threshold, OR input current is greater than 1.25 A with 10-mW sense resistor. Connect a 10-kW pullup resistor from EXTPWR pin to pullup supply rail.

ohh i see. so i have a 0ohm resistance from pin 13 to #ACOK , where exactly is the problem? that extpwr should be 0v only with adapter plugged in? and with battery not?

so i connect from vref pin 10 -> 10kohm resistance to pin 13 extpwr ?

pq8809 allready replaced, pr8846 100kohm replaced too, i will put another one pq8809 again to see.

Hello, i replaced pq8809 and still the same.
Posted after 20 minutes 15 seconds:
pr8846 has 3.20v
