Hi. I have some trouble with Asus X52N (AMD platform). All voltages are ok (baterry charging, converters, coils, kbc, pwr switch etc.) but laptop is dead. After some measurements I overheated south bridge and laptop was worked properly, so i changed south bridge for new one. Laptop worked properly for 3 days and fault was back. Laptop now are dead againg (in the same way as at the start). I overheated south bridge again and laptop again was working properly... Any thoughts what can be responsable for this situation and for damaging south bridge...? |

or... NB was reacted on heat and it is dead |

Ok, but how I can check this? By the oscilloscope or sth? If by the oscilloscope so could you give me some advice which should I buy and how to check something like that? |
