the case is a n501jw .when we start the laptop both fans start as laptop turns on and never stop rotating.i flashed the bios clear ME but nothing changed. also i cheked the heat bot every thing(cpu vga ...)was cool. any help ? |

1. See the tightness of the heat pipes. 2. The control chip of the fan. This is all provided that the dump was flashed with 100% correct. |

Btw how did you check the temperatures? |
