Hello my friend.

Now Im working on a Vostro 3360 without 5V in the Power USB (near DC-Jack) and no HDMI image.

This laptop came from an other assistance, .

I suspect from U4 (TPS2540A) was removed and resolded with a 90°turn, but I only have schematic.
Some of you have the position from this component in boardview?

On HDMI issue, still testing voltages, but didnt find any trouble.

I know this boardview in download area, but Im not regular member yet and cant download 'yet'.

Updating...

I changed TPS, but nothing have changed....

On HDMI, I think was a Win10 knowed problem, but I waiting for 092DPC*** to test with client disk.

*** I bought a cable from China, but after 45 days, they send me a plastic tool.
For now, I bought a new from ebay, still waiting (15 days)...

For ebay, untill waiting...

Some of u already seem this USB fail?
