I strongly think it is a corrupt bios because the boot options in the bios are nowhere to be found.

Need dump for DELL Inspiron 5720 DA0R09MB6H1. The system cannot boot, just hangs on blank screen after dell logo. Is there any procedure to do bios recovery? |

Unlikely. Try turning off by turns hard drive and optical drive, and then start from the USB boot device |
