I have problem this is 3 computers i have same model same problem computer start goes to 0.49A but not picture all voltage are o.k i have changed all 2 bios thousand of times nothing happen same problem can any one please lead me help!!! |

It seems that PL700 give me 0 volt |

i dont get the idea PU700 is only 2 pin and is 0 voltage |

yes i understand i gave u an answer leg 2 = 3.3v leg 4 = 1.1v ISL95833HRTZ was replaced same problem |

Could you get an oscilloscope, in order to measure pulses at pins 25 and 26 of ISL? I am trying to get the data-sheet for the ISL95833HRTZ, but until now.....

Dear Vlab member i did check the problem and it has not been solved electronic so i read in the internet in some post that the solution!!! Dell 3521 is not turning on without the battery shit!!!! so simple so annoying hope this post help you if it did say thanks this case can be close all computer got out fix |
