Hi all, I have dell 5537 la-9981p which have no power problem and B+ supply is 0.83V. There is no B+ supply generating from PU701 BQ717. I have replaced BQ717 but still there is no change in situation. Here is supply of BQ717. PIN 4 ACDRV = 19V PIN 6 ACDET = 2.5V PIN 5 AC OK = 3.5V PIN 20 VCC = 19V. B+ SUPPPLY is only 0.83V. kindly help me to solve the problem. Thanks |

Check B+ on short circuit. Measure the resistance B+ to ground |

There is no sorting. laptop is working on Battery. If charger is connected with battery it shows charging but battery is draining instead of charging. |

Thanks MSF113.. There was problem in VIN mosfet. My problem has been solved after replacing the mosfet. |
