i reballed north but its worse now. it was 0.65a before north. Now it is 0.03a current :). i'll change crystal(south), EC, and north tomorrow.

Hi, i have problem with a rv508, scala 15ul. it starts after 3-4 times pressing power switch. Switch is ok. But the voltage is around 1,9- 2.9v. So i decided to reball south. After reball, nothing changed. Also now there is no screen now :) . Any suggestions ? Maybe i reball it again tomorrow. |

There is no sense to reball Intel's south, especially twice. Perhaps now you must to remove the north - torn off and oxidation of contact pads are ordinary things on this platform, and heating made the situation worse. Originally, maybe a problem was with EC, or it was necessary to replace south by a new. |

thanks, i'll change north tomorrow. Dont have the shematic, so i'm blind. i have scala 14ul schem. it is similar but EC is different. MAybe i should check from EC datasheet. i will let you know. |
