I put the tny277pn in place of the burnt integrated and in place of the diode P6KE160A I put the 1.5KE160A. When the power was turned on, the source returned to normal operation. It may be that the original integrated is the tny 280 but as I could not buy tny280 I ended up buying the tny277pn. There is no integrated pin 3 on the circuit board. With the tny277pn the power supply is working perfectly and supplying the normal voltages at the output. My only question is if the integrated tny 277pn will work without burning. |

Topic completed, I just put the tny277pn and a 1.5ke160A diode. Thanks to all of the forum. |
