greetings gentlemen, I have a strange case in this gtx 970 4gb in question, the card features 5v on pin 3 (enable) of 81172 pwm responsible for 1.5v of the memories, for what I saw, these 5V comes straight from the mosfet, does anyone have any ideas where to start, when removing the 81172 the 5v remain there.

short with 5 volts there is no? there should be a maximum of 1.6 volts |

remmax писал(а): there should be a maximum of 1.6 volts EN has high logic level is above 1.6 volts, low - is below 0.8 volts. 5 volts is high logic (thats normal). If U wanna find source of THOSE 5 volts - look for resistor. |

Se você quiser encontrar a fonte daqueles 5 volts - procure resistor. in fact I had not measured the resistance in the coils of the memories, I found a very low resistance of 4 ohms, however I still had no way to return to work on the board, but I will come back with more reports. |
