the video card went up, but it works only with the minimum click 135MHz and 205 Mhz to memories
although on msi afterburn it shows 405Mhz,
I have already rewritten the bios, it already replaces the INA3221, all phases are working, I have fan control via msi afterburn, but the clock just does not go up.
