Good morning I hope my English is pretty good. I have an xfx 470 8gb with black fans, received from a friend, who tried to change his bios, but unfortunately did not save a backup to the original bios. I took the original bios from another identical video card. If the driver won't be installed then it will show 0 gpu clock and 0 memory clock. If it happened after after bios update then the software of bios will be faulty. try to flash this bios and tell us about the result. https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/209440/209440 |

I installed the driver 10 times. I deleted it completely, then reinstalled it. I mention that I still have an rx 470 xfx 8gb that it works. I've already uploaded that bios from the link. And I've tested others and they look the same. I tried to upload the bios through the hiveos, but the same problem. |

check memory manufacturer before flashing bios |
