I'm getting 1.8v missing on that card. I ckecked GS7103 linear regulator it has vdd and vin but missing the signal enable. I followed the signal should come from a transistor MMBT3904 S1AH and replaced but still no enable volt. replaced the Ic, same result. I measured resistance from pin En to ground, it's 0.7 k and I believe it's supposed to be 10k, I checked all resistors and capacitors in range to find a faulty one but didn't find. Anybody can help? |

What is the resistance on 1.8V itself? |

I think it's normal. it's 3.9 k from 1.8v pin and ground. any idea? |

I don't have schematic for that card but enable comes from the dual transistor and I changed it with no results |

I tried something now, I should share with you. I put external power 3.3v to pin EN from a bench power supply and I tried the card on the motherboard and measured volts, I'm having now the 3.3v at pin EN and accordingly I got 1.8v at pin 7 finally. I measured volts after, I'm getting PEX volt 0.9v and I'm still missing vcore, vram and v ram controller. Any idea? I'm so exited |

This schematic is probably good. You have to follow these signals backwards. This 1.8V_EN is formed by at least 3 other circuits built on NPN discrete transistors. You have to follow them all. |
