Доброго времени суток. Купил карту на местном радиорынке с диагнозом "Мертвый ГПУ, есть все напряжения". По факту: плата вся копаная, напряжений нет. После замены половины ужаренных шимок напряжения поднялись. Теперь карта стопорится на пост-коде B2, сразу подумал на недавнюю историю с ШИМ IR35217, поставил карту второй и, к моему удивлению, она определяется без каких-либо ошибок (устройство работает нормально).

Собственно вопрос, что ей не хватает. Пока думаю на память, стоит Micron с дата-кодом 9KA77 (вроде не ранний, поправьте, если ошибаюсь). Запустить tserver не смог, сразу валится в ошибку (последний китайский на 300+ ГБ). Если поставить карту в риг, то мат.плата отказывается стартовать, в каком бы слоте не стояла карта.

Замеры прилагаю, вроде как в пределах нормы, напряжения все как в аптеке поднимаются.

I see you have different board but you could measure some transients by oscilloscope. At least ensure that you have pulses on both memory chokes. Publish images from the scope.
B2 means problem with memory, power to the memory, memory controller power or memory controller itself.

Check by oscilloscope if all phases are working: GPU and both memory phases.

What Power stages are soldered and where? Can you write their symbols on the fresh image?

So you have all NCP302155.

Could you confirm again.

1. Do you have pulses on the chokes of both U702 and U703?
2. Could you ring by multimeter pin 31 with pin 31 of both U702 and U703?
3. Do you have pulses on all GPU CORE chokes? Are all working?
4. Do you have pulses on the back VRM 0.75V ? What is the voltage there?

If you have pulses on both memory VRMs it means that you may have a different failure but at least we know that both MVDD VRMs should work together from the beginning.

And again measure voltages on all chokes. I have a hand drawings of other 5700s I had before, I will compare it.

А еще мне не нравится сопротивление 724 Ом это же 12в или я не прав?

These are my measurements taken from some working 5700 and 5700XT.

Can you confirm the chip select line from NCP81022 pin 32? Where does it go to the 302155, to which pins? 30 or 31 ?

Your 1.8V looks low and maybe right 5V also is low. I have these measurements taken from 3 good cards. This card I try to repair has also the resistances as a good and healthy cards. Just only the left memory power does not work for stupid reason I can't explain
Just please measure your chip selects for power mosfets.
