I'm here with doubts, I took an AM4 socket that was dry thermal paste chip and broken pins. I would like to know what temperatures I can set to make a good soldering of the socket with Lead-free spheres, but to the point of not melting the socket? Who can help me thank you. ... because in the graphics I normally change the spheres from lead-free to lead. But I would like to learn to solder with lead and have a better idea, because the last time I soldered with lead, it was really bad. |
