Where to dig guys?

Sorry for the late reply, The gpu is not getting hot,The 0.5oms on the gpu on this graphic cards can be normal. I have another one with the same oms that works like a charm. I dont know where to look more any advices? |

Совет ,для начала ,начать писать уже на Кирилице,раз уж просишь пощи на Русском форуме! Что бы нам не переводить! многие не знают Латиницу! Я вот читаю и понимаю латиницу но,говорю очень плохо на ней ,а уж писать и подавно... :) |

I can help you in English, but I'm not an expert on diagnosing GPU faults correctly. For the gpu part, I would check the mosfets under the black heatsink. For vram voltage, check the ones on the right side above the inductor. You can find info on how to test mosfets/transistors online. If they are ok, then they're not opening, in which case you should check the PWM controller with the mosfet drivers in charge. Once you locate the PWM, find its datasheet and check the pinout. Make sure it's getting VCC and EN signals. That's just the basic stuff. Notice, there might be drmos type of transistors which consists of both mosfet and driver in one package (probably not in your case). Those are trickier to test. You have to look at the datasheets either way. |

Hi, The gpu is repaired,there was no vcc on the 12v rail that feeds uP9511p and there was a short on the uP9511P 5V. REPLACED uP9511P the gpu now works like it should. Thank you guys. |
