I have seagate STM3500418AS. I can not format it, I did this before cleare smart update firmware to cc49 I try by this commands: ( after each command I restated hdd and test by victoria. in victoria test( write), after some blocke writed hdd cannot be detected ) F,,22 m0,6,2,,,,,22 m0,2,2,0,0,0,0,22 m0,8,2,1,1,,,22 ( this format it with 0000080491 error code). finally I could not format it. any advise? |

use the Live-CD program then Low Level Format Tools |

Uncontrolled access to information - the evil. So you've been reading, and did not correct. As a result ruined the service area in the hard drive. So get yourself to blame ... |

I did not understand something from your post. Do you run these commands in com-port hyperterminal, or not? If no where, you printed it? |
