Hi everyone, 216-0810084 AMD chipset was bought from ic-chipset.com already reballed. After reattaching the gpu, the mac powers up with chiming sound and the fan spins continuously but no display. I have checked surrounding components and everything looks intact.All voltages on the board are correct with the exception of PPVCORE_S0_AXG rail which is 0.486v instead of 1.05v according to schematic, I don't know if that has got anything to do with my issue. The gpu has seated correctly because I marked the corners before taking out the old one which got shorted during re-flow. I have checked the chip with a magnifying glass and it is evenly seated on the motherboard. Any advice will be much appreciated. |

abuholm писал(а): was bought from ic-chipset.com already reballed Вам нужен реально новый 216-0810001. Не реально найти новый 216-0810084, а мертвый чип работать не будет и не важно reballed он или refurbished. Деньги на ветер. |
