Hi everyone, this macbook when powered on, screen is white and it chimes but the keyboard does not respond to PRAM reset. All voltages are intact. Any ideas? |

white screen equals to problem of display cable ,, check it maybe it`s not plugged in as it has to be ... |

previous advices are bad. if you can see the white screen - that means, that device is started correctly(in most cases). if your device won't respond to pressed keys to reset pram, then check your keyboard. you can also use apple usb keyboard to reset nvram. |

try press and hold option key when loading... or shift key to load in safe mode |
