i need 2013 last model A1398 820-3787-A bios file.for i7 retina 15 inc.i get bios file from here.but flash after very slow.if reinstall mac os.not go to desktop.only start mac logo loading.how can do it?

How to upgrade? It's definitely not so easy.
First you need to be sure that you have: MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013); Model: MacBookPro11,3.
Find another Mac and download 10.9.5 (do not use 10.10.x installer it won't boot) install app. Inside of app (/Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ Mavericks.app/Contents/SharedSupport/) you will find InstallESD.dmg. Open it. Diskimage will mount and open. Open terminal go ''cd'' to mounted OS X Installer image. Find (use ls -a command) and open invisible BaseSystem.dmg. Another image will mount on desktop. Open Disk Utility.app and restore BaseSystem to 16GB USB stick flash drive (you need first format USB flash drive as GUID), after restore copy BaseSystem.dmg (use Terminal.app) in root of USB flash drive. Open USB flash drive and go to /System/Installation/ find Packeges alias and delete it. Copy Packeges folder from mounted InstallESD.dmg (it is in same location) to USB flash drive. You can find more information about this method on internet.
Now try to boot from USB flash drive. If it boot up, find MBP112_0138_B14_LOCKED.scap BIOS update file (you can find it inside Install OS X Yosemith InstallESD.dmg /System/Installation/Packeges/EFIPayloads/).
Copy MBP112_0138_B14_LOCKED.scap to the root of USB flash drive. Boot from it. Open terminal and type:

Press Enter. Conect POWER ADAPTER and restart
WARNING!!!If your machine is not macbookpro11,3 DO NOT UPDATE!!! You need another .scap file!!!

After restart BIOS update shoud look like OS X Yosemith start up, but progress bar will move to the end. Do not Interrupt!!! If it wont end in 5-6 minutes then you did something wrong. Reboot, read again and repeat. Internal SSD should be installed for EFI update!

You didn't read carefully:

You need to download Yosemite Install app from App Store. Inside of app you will find InstallESD.dmg. After you mount it, open /System/Installation/Packeges/EFIPayloads/ folder:


Don't do mindless things. If you do not have BIOS update file then why you execute the terminal command?
And about that command. This is an example. Command should not be copied letter by letter. I wrote it for a common understanding of the principle of BIOS firmware update. For example you renamed your 10.9.5 boot USB drive from "Install OS X Mavericks" to "10.9.5 USB Install". Then command will look like this:
