I have intel i3 motherboard that just boots to black screen . I have flashed the bios a few times and also flashed the ec/kbc but same issue. . When powered up it draws between 400ma and 500ma. I have checked RTD2136R supply voltages are present but there is no 2136_DISP_ON or 2136_DPST_PWM. PCH_DPST_PWM is missing also. Faulty CPU ?? TIA |
