Hi, I've got a L50D-C with R5-M330 GPU that won't accept it's drivers (screen goes out during driver installation then windows freezes while loading after forcing to restart) Symptoms of a dead GPU it is, so I've went to UMA conversion but didn't find any schematics/boardview/info anywhere.. After some experiment I've found the solution and decided to share, it was quite simple, just remove the GPU's coil and PWM chip (isl62771) |

Mustn't remove PWM CHIP. You just need to remove resistor from VCC pin this chip. (if it is here), or cut VCC trace |
