you have to check the high speed decoupling capacitors (cpu vccore decoupling cap)

toshiba l450 no voltage on the B + also no 5valwP or 3.3v i change PQ7 (AO4407A) and all voltages - 5v is ok, 3.3v is ok and when i press power switch all voltage are ok 1.05v ok 1.5v ram is ok but just stay for a few seconds and turn off to 0v. i can not detect the problem i need help please. |

Some other voltages not to bring up/ some PWM ic may be dead. Check other voltages, PGood signals. (oscilloscope) |

all voltage are ok only after i push power switch turn to zero volt |
