The start of the diagnostic code flash is signified by the light not flashing for two seconds. A '1' is signified by the light being illuminated for one second, and a '0' is signified by the light being illuminated for half a second. The interval between data bits is signified by the light not being illuminated for half a second. Error codes are read from the least significant bit to the most significant bit (backwards), and are read in hex.
For example, error code 12h would be signified by:
Off for two seconds (Start)
0, 1, 0, 0, 1, 0, 0, 0.

Error codes beginning with 1*h relate to the power adapter, and signify that it is not connected. These error codes run between 0x10 and 0x1F

Error codes beginning with 2*h relate to the 1st battery, and signify that it is not connected. These error codes run between 0x20 and 0x2F

Error codes beginning with 3*h relate to the 2nd battery, and signify that it is not connected. These error codes run between 0x30 and 0x3F

The following error codes are relevant if the AC adapter is connected. These error codes range from 0x40 to 0xDF and can signify a problem with the following:

4*h S3V output
5*h C5V output
6*h C3V output
7*h PPV output
8*h PGV output
9*h 1R5-E1V output
A*h 1R8-E1V output
B*h 2R5-B2V output
C*h 1R25-E1V output
D*h 2R5-E2V output
E*h
F*h

While the above should be enough to let you know what is going on, these may be necessary if you wish to diagnose and repair the problem yourself.

Full error codes are as follows:

In the case of error code 10h or 12h:

Make sure the AC adaptor cord and AC power cord are firmly plugged into the DC IN 15 V socket and wall outlet. If the cables are connected correctly, connect a new AC adaptor and/or AC power cord, if necessary.

In the case of error code 2Xh:

Make sure the battery pack is correctly installed in the computer. If the battery pack is correctly installed, replace the battery pack with a new one.

If the error still exists, the system board or the battery board may be disconnected or damaged. Disassemble the computer and check the connection between the AC adaptor and the system board and connection between the system board and the battery board (if there is one, in my case it was integrated to ths system board).

After checking the connection, perform the following:
Check 1 - Replace the AC adaptor with a new one. If the AC adaptor is still not functioning properly, perform Check 2.

Check 2 - Use a multimeter to make sure that the F8800 fuse on the System board is not blown. If the fuse is not blown, go to Check 3. If the fuse is blown, go to Check 6.

Check 3 - Use a multimeter to make sure that the F1000 fuse on the Battery board is not blown. If the fuse is not blown, go to Check 4. If the fuse is blown, replace the Battery board with a new one following the instructions in Chapter 4.

Check 4 - Make sure that the Battery board cables are firmly connected to PJ8820 and PJ8821 on the System board and to PJ1000 and PJ1001 on the battery board. If they are connected firmly, go to Check 5.

Check 5 - The Battery board or System board may be damaged. Replace it with a new one following the instructions in Chapter 4.

Я понял, спасибо. Я, честно говоря, не совсем понял махинацию с "переворачиванием" на оборот кода. Весь нужно читать задом на перед, или по 4 символа двоичного кода нужно поменять местами...
Я, если что, скинул последовательность как есть.
