I am looking for bios VPCS111FM VPCs Sony MBX-216 Motherboard A1767191A the size of 8Mb .. because my bios flas image tool change 4MB..please help me

where is an original 8MB dump from your NB?

There is no bios for sony anywhere. And this is not a wide-selling brand

and there isn't bios region.
Only ME-region.

hi,

sorry for opening an old thread. my problem is almost same.

changed hm57 and need to write clean me. but i cannot write 8mb file with my fitc

please help.

there is two chip on this system

one 8mb(u54) other is 2mb(u23)

need clean me for hm57

note: by the way motherboard model is da0gd3mbcd0. rev:d mbx-216
this motherboard is an UMA. no external chip placed on u4001. it is empty.

Solution made by atombilgisayar.com and they accepted to give it for free.

8mb file is not a bios file. it has intel pch and me region. it is u54
2mb file is bios file it is u23.

fitc 6.040.1212 recommended for build file.

opened 8mb file with fitc and selected "hp's hm55 me region"
after build file it gives 4mb file.
with hex editor opened old 8mb file and builded 4mb file.

copied builded 4mb contents and overwrited first side of old 8mb file than write it with bios writer hardware. it is successfull. :dan_ser:
fan works normal.

the bios and new pch with clear me is attached to message.
