Hi, When switched on via is power button the screen is blank with no data, when switched on via the novo button it displays the bios menu and also boot menu, but even selecting either will lead to the blank screen. The client said he downgraded from the stock windows 8 to windows 7 and that is when the issue started. Any aid will be appreciated. Regards. |

Maybe laptop locked windows under 8, it is necessary to flash the BIOS (downgrade) to 7. EFI bios bags. |

Hi, I did manage to get it to boot, then flashed with the latest firmware via window. Now am able to access the setup just fine. Attached is the dump after the update 100% working. Regards. |
