i have a laptop here that it turnes on,but nothing on display
it use 0.2A
SYS_PWROK=3.3V
PL9=1.7
is CPU_CORE=1.7 true?

PL307=0V

TPS51716 pin 16&17=3.3v
pin 6(VREF)=1.8V
pin3(VTT)=0v

what else i should measure?

Check S3 (17) S5 (16) on PU1207
If this HIGH, repalce PU1207

they are high

but pin 6(VREF)=1.8V
ic turnes on ,make ref voltage but no other voltages?

i will replace it and tell what will happen

Posted after 1 hour 8 minutes 26 seconds:
i remove PJ317,PJ316 and PJ315

1.35v is on now
vtt(0.675v) =0v

other side of PJ317 is short circuit
when i manually connect 1.3V to that point cpu get warm

cpu is gone? and should replaced?!
