Motherboard is not charging battery, i have charged it in another laptop and it charges fine.
Charging Ic Bq24727.
Ac with battery present
pin 20 Vcc pin is 18.7v
Pin 12 Srn pin 11.9v
Pin 6 Acdet pin 2.8v
Pin 16 Regn is 6v
Pin 5 ACOK is 0v this is problem.

What is meant UVLO and what should it be ?.

It is not a problem, ACOK is inverse on this charger

HI this is confusing to me. This is from the spec sheet, is that not the opposite ??
5 ACOK AC adapter detection open drain output. It is pulled HIGH to external pull-up supply rail by external pull-up resistor when
voltage on ACDET pin is between 2.4V and 3.15V, and voltage on VCC is above UVLO and voltage on VCC pin is
275mV above voltage on SRN pin, indicating a valid adapter is present to start charge. If any one of the above
conditions can not meet, it is pulled LOW to GND by internal MOSFET. Connect a 10kΩ pull up resistor from ACOK to
the pull-up supply rail.

Also when you say "You should check high-side power mosfet driver output" what does that mean ? Pq301/302? or pq309?.

pin 10 is actually 0.8v not 0v

I think - you have a problem with pq302. Check it.

I meant to update the thread, it was actually faulty schottky diode Pd301. Replaced it then all working fine now.
