Hi! Can someone help me to identify this marked mosfet in the picture? It's written 16 VUE 6S0S10.

I need to replace it but can't find more info.

Hi there! Regards to Brazil from Russia..
first digits it's look like A6, A5 (mosfets like on green Asus logic boards) or E4 GUB GUE VUA etc.
You can take any donor N-Channel mosfeet in same fit with Vds 30V, near Rds 9 mOhms, Id 48A
like P0903BEA

Thank you for your answer!

I've already tried AON7200 (8mOhms 40A) and got distorted images on screen. I was thinking that maybe the mosfet couldn't handle the current required for the CPU (or I have a bad CPU).

BTW, I guess the real code is "I" I6, since the low side mosfet is an J5, Couldn't find any info about the mosfet anyway (better pictures attached).

I don't have the P0903BEA, but I'll try to find some equivalent.

so if this part heating or made a different value you need to find the same part and change it
Also if this component was destroied problem must be in different fields...
