Received one Lenovo Ideapad 100-15IBD 80QQ

Initial problem,when press power on button,power led light up,fan spin a little then all off,and on again,like a reboot loop.
All voltages appear OK.
Connected to TX-RX line available at mini-PCIe slot and result was

Random blinking between D5 postcodes,sometimes 3 or more sometimes just one blink of power led
Reprogram BIOS with few dumps found,with some just nothing just


with others

And stay here forever.
After few time,fan start to spin since cpu become warm,but not too high around 40 degree Celsius.
Try to rebuild dumps with clean ME but same result,hang at 0xAC post code.

And also after first bios write laptop start when power connected,even I write back original backup,now when charger connected laptop power up.
What could be the problem?
What AC post code represent?

Try to reprogram IT8586E.

Flashed IT8586
Same result,halt on AC post code.

In the end write back original dump and client take it back.
