hi. there is acer 5749 Quanta ZRL that when pressing power switch become ON but goes off for 5 seconds. situation: we have voltages on inducers except PL6-7-8-9( CPU cores). when I investigate on ISL95835H I observe that we have VIN(19v)-VDD(5v)-VDDP(5v)-VR_ON(3.3v) but we not any of gates trigged and no any voltage produces. I don't know this symptom is because of ISL95835H corruption or because of lack of enable signals on the core? I must change it? |
