please help me

The laptop does not turn on, no lights on.
On pins 1 and 2 of the battery, I measure 19V, 0V other pins
On pin 24 of PU7, I measure 0V
On the reels have not found any short.
The laptop does not detect power supply
Changed Pq62, Pq64, and the PU17 , does not power

ok. Is there 19V on B+ ? (you should use AC adaptor only)

Pq53:
Pin 1, 2 and 3.

And is there something on pins 5-8 at the same time? (without battery connected)

Check voltage on pin 4 of PQ51 & PQ52 and write down the value.

Pq52:
pin4 = 19.43V

Pq53:
pin 1, 2 and 3 = 19.40V
Pin 4= 3.40
Pin 5, 6, 7 and 8 =18.90v
