Hi friends. 08220 CP2A MB 48.4K901.021 I really confused about this laptop,i have 2 number of this laptop with same problem. sometimes they boot normally and work normally but sometimes do not boot and sink about 0.8A constant current . i soldered a debug card to debug port u20,the result is this: when system boot up the lpc port is active but when it do not boot the lpc port is inactive too . I think something cause lpc port goes inactive and system could not boot normally. wpce773la0dg changed,Bios updated,cpu changed. help please .. |

Have you tried to warm up the chipset? |

Hi, Reballing of south bridge solved the problem. I reballed south bridge because inactivation of lpc port between KBC and S.B. The other thing is this RTC_AUX_S5 feeds only from backup battery and system dose not work without it. |
