The maximum chip temperature of 240 degrees for 10 seconds. But every motherboard heats up in different ways and at different speeds. Each solderstation heats differently - no ready solutions for all occasions |

thanks but 240 for 10 sec i sure chip can not lift up with this temperate i test with 350 top and under 200 for about 3 min |

350 top is too high. 200 lower heater is too low. |

345shrus345 What temp do you mean? Upper heater? Max exactly BGA chip is 245 for pb-free |
