Hello guys, I have this issue with my PS4 CUH-1004A (ADP-240R AA), works without any issues, stable, but after complete shutdown or restart it doesn't power on. I can hear a beep, the power supply clicks and becomes dead, without any response from the buttons. To power the unit back again I have to unplug 230V from the wall and plug it in again, the unit works again until the next restart or shutdown. Any ideas about what can cause it? Or maybe it's not even a power supply issue? When the power supply becomes dead, 12V disappears and shorting CN121 doesn't work.
I can't see any visual damage, the board looks clean. Any help would be appreciated.

Good day. This effect may be due to poor factory soldering of smd components. There may also be a problem with the unstable power supply of dda001ag because of this, the block goes into protection. For power supply, you can put two d83 diodes in series and put a 20 Ohm resistor R509.

After a long time, I took a look at it. I have put two diodes in a series at D83, replaced R509 with a 20 Ohm resistor as you suggested, and replaced DDA001AG with a new one.
The situation got better, right now PS4 can reboot successfully, but if I shut it down completely, it goes into protection mode with a click sound(probably relay) after the power button is pressed the second time.
After that power button becomes unresponsive and PS4 requires unplugging from the wall socket and plugging it back again.

It could be just a bad factory soldering or broken trace on the board, because I can see that the cooper layer is unglued, lifted, and bulges around DDA001AG area.
If you have any ideas I would love to hear, I'll try to go over the traces with a multimeter and check the continuity.
