Hello everyone. I have an Xbox One S that, when plugged in, seemingly does nothing, but within the first 20 seconds, it starts and stops the power three times. During this time, if I press the power button, I only hear the power-on sound. After the third power shutdown, if I press the power button, the LED lights up as it should, but after about 5 seconds, it turns off with a shutdown sound. All voltages are present. The only previous issue was that the Ethernet IC (RTL8111) was shorted, so the V_3P3 was missing, but after desoldering it, all voltages returned to normal.

When first powered on, the fan doesn't move as it should. However, if I try to start it without cooling, the fan starts when the processor reaches around 60-79°C.

Does anyone have any ideas?

There was no short circuit anywhere. After reballing, V_GFXCORE went into a short circuit, I thought I made a mistake, so I removed the APU again, but unfortunately, it became shorted. It's no longer worth dealing with it any further.
