Hi! i got a question... i wanna know if a z97 pch chipset would be compatible for the asus z87 gryphon? i got succesful experiment with changing gtx970 chip for gtx980 and no problems at all. but this maybe not the same scenario..thanks |

huehu3gg you should try to replace it. And please, drop a word here bout that. Was it successful or not. I've got 2 boards with z87 and z97 pch, but haven't replaced them ever. |

if u got 2! replace 1! and came here with the feedback! i got to buy a z97.. i found 1 cheap but i dont know if it compatible. hehehehe thanks |
