Board came in bad condition, broken cpu socket and burnt sio. Changed both, all legs soldered well and cpu socket tested with tester. Board turns on but reset remains. VCCIO is 1.08 V and there s no vcore. ASP1000C has enable voltage of VCCIO which is 1.08 but there s no VRMVCC. Its connected to 3V directly with 0 ohm resistor and the problem starts here. the voltage on the resistor is 2.22 V, removed the resistor nothing changed, replaced the pwm controller everything is same. When i remove the controller voltage drops to 1.8 v, removed the cpu and force started motherboard with 3.3v injected to VRMVCC then vcore rises to 1.07 V but when i put the cpu voltage rises 2 V on vcore. Did u watching closely for broken /swept away elements in asp1000 feedback circuit? As soon as the board has so bad condition. I wait for working sabertooth p67, it has to arrive in some days. So I could make some measures for u and watch over smd alements in vrm area. |

Also chek or replace at the bottom side of MB PU107,PU103,PU109 and his around area(PR176,PR177,PR160,PR161,PR185,PR184). Also impotent quolity of solder PU100. During montage its ic, perhaps bad(cold) soldering. |

Thanks for replies. After careful inspection i found out 3.3v line to pwm controller was burnt so bad. Restored the line and now pwm powered by 3.3v but +Vcore is 2V so burns the cpu immediately. Checked every resistor in the area but they re all good. |

yusuf4511 I got the same board now. Fully working. I can make measures in vrm area if u want to. |

yusuf4511 I got the same problem with Asrock P67 Pro 3. All supplies set up, no responding on reset button. I reflashed bios several times and changed the ic. The pch was reballed. Reset circuit was traced under the pch without problem. So, I came to the conclusion that I need the new pch. Waiting for it from Aliexpress now. |

Do you have power sequence for this type of PHC? Maybe first check it? |

sensey In spite of any reason there should be reaction on push the reset button if all resistors and others from pch to fpanel checked out and they all ok. rst 3.3V on pci, pci-e. I removed the pch from mobo and the reset circuit well up, but no reaction at all. Well, it's all on him) |

Yes you re right about PCH and reset sequence but on this motherboard, reset hooked up to TPU unit. It had dead sio it can also have dead tpu unit, i have no spare KB3270Q if i remember correctly. Lets see how your card will turn out with new pch |

yusuf4511 Try to disconnect 28 pin of tpu ic from board which marked as o_rstcon, and then test reset circuit. It has the connection to sys_reset# pin of pch and could lock it. |
