Asus Rampage IV Extreme dead.

At first this motherboard didn't respond to power button t,hen I reprogrammed the bios chips with external programmer, but nothing better.
then I followed the steps to recover bios using Asus USB BIOS Flashback utility:

1. Download the latest BIOS program file from the ASUS website.
2. Extract and rename the BIOS image file to R4E.ROM. ( R4E.cab also)
3. Copy R4E.ROM to the root directory of the USB flash disk drive.
4. Turn off the system and connect the USB flash drive to the ROG Connect port (the
white USB 2.0 port) at the rear panel of the motherboard.
5. Hold the ROG Connect button until the
BIOS LED begins to blink, then release.
6. Wait until the LED stops to blink.

After that, motherboard seems to came to live. (some leds light up, 7 segment display shows 00, and also Ethernet led on router ligts, but no beeps)
Cpu gets temperature but seems to get stuck without initialing POST.

I repeated USB BIOS Flashback, but motherboard does'n beep.

Any comment will be appreciated.

Regards.

What a dump BIOS firmware you used when flashing with the programmer?

I have found one file "Rampage-IV-Extreme-ASUS-4901.bin" from an Asiatic website, and compared with the one from motherboard, it is very similar.

Anybody knows if the embedded controller is also programmable?

Edit post in order to clarify the poin 2 of the user manual "USB BIOS Flashback":

"2. Extract and rename the BIOS image file to R4E.ROM"

R4E.ROM didn't work for me, but R4E.cap, did works, as you can see in the hexedit of dump file:
