MS 7918 v1.0 . Cpu Freq always is 0.8Ghz , my CPU are i3 4160 and G3250 ( in bios and windows) . I replaced Up1649D and updated bios I don't know why . hepl me pls |

Check a SVID line between CPU and PWM. |

Check the VRHOT signal. Repeatedly there was such a problem caused by the charger unit. |
