Initially, the processor cooler locked, which caused the Mosfet Q17 (09n03) transistor to be burnt. After replacing the transistor, the motherboard started up again, but I noticed that although the post on the diagnostic panel works normally, the video does not lift the image.
The only thing I noticed is that the voltage that powers the memory is at 1.6v which should be 1.8v. Even removing the memory the voltage continues in 1.6v.
Posted after 10 minutes 47 seconds:
I ended up measuring on a transitor located near the memory slots and when I measured directly on the pins of the memory slot the voltage was correct. I'm still trying to find the problem of not having an image. The processor may be the cause of the defect.

it is not memory and also the processor.

blow 300 degrees on the bridge crystal for 5 seconds, the one that is under the black radiator!
