I have a philco lcd tv model PH32M that initially presents a whitish image and gradually begins to appear colored lines and after a few minutes running the image ends up becoming normal. Probably the problem is in the flat glued to the lcd screen. Is there any affordable technique for doing this repair? |

Problems located in electronic circuits, not in glue. |
