Hello there, i have here a faulty MD99620 laptop wit a i5-5257U CPU, that wont show a picture. it starts after plug power in (without battery) and draw at 19V only round 150mA. Bios battery is full.
i can NOT switch it off by pressing the power button longer than 4 secons, only turns off after unplug power.

all voltages ok, 3.3V, 5V present, memory 1,35V ok, cpu power with 1.7V ok (i think its normal on broadwell ULV CPUs)
CPU is always cold - so i think its in reset state.

main battery (15.12V) is also NOT charging

i reflashed the main bios (4MB) and the EC Bios (2MB) with a dump from here - but nothing changes.

SuperIO have voltages, but is also cold.



can it be the superIO? (IT8528E)

Posted after 2 hours 20 minutes 15 seconds:
3.3V on power Button is present. When pressed the Button, the voltage goes low.

Powerbutton have 3.3V and switch is working.
