Dear, I would like help with the following defect, the bios doesn't load, it hangs on the Dell logo screen but the bar doesn't load... I've already re-recorded the bios, changed the cmos chip and battery and it still doesn't work |

Turn off everything that can be turned off (HDD, CD-rom ....), change the memory. |

It's still stuck, I tested it with another memory and disconnected all the peripherals, any other tips? |

It has two possibilities, first one is cpu voltage and second is north bridge ic. Same happened to me at ecs mini pcs. |

I'm new to electronics and the forum, if anyone can help me. I noticed that the INDUCTOR (L61) 19v heats up a lot to the point where I can't put my finger on it. I still don't have the score to download the documentation. I'm available if anyone needs me to do any measurements on the board. thanks |
